How to create a new account?

Step 1

Click the My Account icon from the top menu of the website in the desktop mode, or from the bottom nav bar in the mobile mode.

Step 2

On the login page, select Register / Create an Account

Step 3

Enter your:

  • Email Address
  • Password

Step 4

Click Register to create your account.

Step 5

Check your email if account verification is required.

Step 6

Log in using your email address and password.

  • View order history
  • Track current orders
  • Save billing and shipping addresses
  • Faster checkout for future purchases

Step 1

Browse the website and select the product you wish to purchase.

Step 2

Choose the required quantity and click Add to Cart.

Step 3

Click the Cart icon and review your selected items.

Step 4

Click Proceed to Checkout.

Step 5

Enter:

  • Billing Information
  • Shipping Address
  • Contact Details

Step 6

Choose your preferred payment method.

Step 7

Review your order details carefully.

Step 8

Click Place Order.

Step 9

Once payment is completed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order details.

For Registered Customers 

Step 1

Log in to your account.

Step 2

Go to My Account.

Step 3

Click Orders.

Step 4

You will see a list of your orders along with their current status:

  • Pending Payment
  • Processing
  • On Hold
  • Shipped
  • Completed
  • Cancelled

Step 5

Click View to see complete order details and status updates.

For Guest Customers 

Step 1

Open the Order Tracking page.

Step 2

Enter:

  • Order Number
  • Billing Email Address

Step 3

Click Track Order.

Step 4

The system will display your current order status and order details.
